Over this term we have been working with an expanded choir. Children from P4-S5 have elected to join the choir. This term we have been looking at 'The 60's' in social subjects and so have prepared three songs connected with this topic. Today we have a performance day where we video the choir performing all three songs. I have posted one of them here. Listen for some three part harmony and beginnings of some work on dynamics. Welcome to Cedars School Home Blog!
Welcome to Cedars School of Excellence 'Home Blog'.
The home blog follows on from the extremely successful blogs that have been running in school over the past three years. We presently run a blog for each of the primary classes and two faculty blogs in the secondary department. These are ongoing and are a great way to keep parents, grandparents and friends updated with what is going on.
There are however, occasions and events which affect the whole school such as health fairs, sports championships, elections, whole school visits etc. These will be reported on the home blog.

Just listened to your first Choir performence. That was excellent. I loved the way you all used the dynamics. Well done. Hope you all enjoyed singing together.
